First Cycle Guide
This guide is designed for individuals considering their first anabolic steroid cycle. It emphasizes safety, proper protocol, and responsible use.
Prerequisites
- Minimum age of 25 years
- At least 3-4 years of consistent training experience
- Proper diet and nutrition fundamentals established
- Recent bloodwork completed
- Understanding of PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) protocols
- All necessary medications and supplements on hand before starting
Recommended First Cycle
Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate Only
- Weeks 1-12: 500mg Testosterone per week (split into 2 injections)
- AI (Aromatase Inhibitor): Only if needed, based on symptoms
- HCG (optional): 250IU twice per week throughout cycle
