First Cycle Guide

This guide is designed for individuals considering their first anabolic steroid cycle. It emphasizes safety, proper protocol, and responsible use.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum age of 25 years
  • At least 3-4 years of consistent training experience
  • Proper diet and nutrition fundamentals established
  • Recent bloodwork completed
  • Understanding of PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) protocols
  • All necessary medications and supplements on hand before starting

Recommended First Cycle

Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate Only

  • Weeks 1-12: 500mg Testosterone per week (split into 2 injections)
  • AI (Aromatase Inhibitor): Only if needed, based on symptoms
  • HCG (optional): 250IU twice per week throughout cycle
